How fast do you respond?
Intake + verification questions get a reply within one business day. Active match coordination is same-business-day, with SMS nudges for day-of logistics. During scheduled intros the safety line is monitored live, target response under five minutes.
Will you share my info without asking?
No. Your dossier, photos, and identifying data stay private unless you explicitly approve a share or we’re legally compelled. We only surface you to members who have passed ID, residency, employment, and readiness checks.
Do you support my orientation?
Yes. Any orientation is welcome. Some cohorts take longer if the candidate pool is smaller, but we curate the 14-seat cap to stay balanced before we accept new members.
What if I need to pause or a match falls through?
If a planned intro collapses and we can’t deliver a replacement within 30 days, the event fee is refunded. If you pause for more than a month, you rejoin the waitlist, but prepaid introductions return to the priority line when there’s an opening. If you meet someone outside Reserve, we’re thrilled—come back if you ever need another seat.
How do you handle safety concerns?
Any safety report pauses the accused member immediately while we investigate. If they’re cleared, they resume; if not, they’re removed without refund. Multiple false reports are treated the same way.
What’s your background?
Training across de-escalation, sexual assault prevention and response, advanced first aid/CPR, suicide prevention, operational risk management, and information security (Secret clearance held). Led safety programs that required faster-than-five-minute escalations. Helped two couples course-correct by keeping money + values conversations honest.
